All members are requested to arrive at the course 20 minutes before tee off time and at the tee box at least 10 minutes before tee off. 

The Timesheet will be posted to the website at least two days before the outing. It is therefore advised that each player wishing to play in an outing is fully signed up a least four days in advance of the outing.

Any player with a GUI handicap will be scored of the same otherwise the handicap allocated by Plunketts Golf Society will apply.

The following clothing/footwear is prohibited on golf courses and in the club houses as requested by all the clubs: jeans, sleeveless shirts, singlets, tennis shoes, runners or trainer shoes.

In relation to qualifying to win the Captain's Prize members will be required to have played at least two regular season outings.

The Golfer of the Year trophy is based on points awarded to the winners of each of the outings.  Golfer of the year points will be awarded as follows:- Overall winner = 12pts; Category winner = 8pts; Category second = 5pts; Category third = 3 pts.  This trophy will be awarded at the November outing (scramble).

Every member of the society MUST abide by the local rules of each golf course that the society participates on

At each outing a 'twos' competition will be held which is optional for participants.  Each participant pays €2 and the money collected is shared by any participants who have a two on their card.  If there are no twos recorded at the outing the money goes forward to the next outing.
